Frequently Asked Questions

These policies will be outlined and negotiated only if there is a contract executed to deliver an in-person classroom instruction method with Miss Q Beauty Consultant and Educator.  The base terms are as follows unless authorize amended in executed contract:

• Instructor No Show Policy (In-person only)
  • A Full Refund will be provided.
  • If possible, reschedule class.
• Inclement Weather (In-person only)
  • If severe weather conditions occur, a decision regarding class cancellation or delay will be made by 6 am on the day of class. Notifications will be by email, phone, or text.
  • Class may be conducted online via [specified platform, e.g., Zoom] during inclement weather. Students will be provided with instructions on how to join the virtual session.
• Insufficient Enrollment (In-person only)
  • If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment by the contracting party, it will be conducted as scheduled and all fees associated with initial terms of agreement must be paid upfront and no make-up sessions allowed.

However, The above policies do not apply to online courses, because lessons are pre-recorded or downloaded according to state regulations to complete at your pace.:
