Refund Policy

Miss Q Beauty Consultant and Educator (Miss Q, Kate Miller Inc. DBA Miss Miss Q Beauty Consultant and Educator, A. Spencer) are excited to provide a quality online education experience and are committed to the satisfaction of your purchase.  In an effort to do so, please be mindful that if a course is started, completed and/or downloaded, a refund will not be issued. As well as all Lessons, Guides, Tutorials, Handouts, Pamphlets, Textbooks, Materials, Videos and Kits are non-refundable.  

Refunds are allowed only for:

• Duplicate transactions made in error.
• Incorrect course purchase and we are notified within 24 hours of the incorrect purchase.

However, if there is an issue with your transaction, download or course purchase you may request a refund by emailing info@askmissq.com.  We will do our best to provide you with the utmost care.
